Ohayo gozaimasu! This week we’re actually reviewing two shows: Moyashimon live action and Nihonjin no Shiranai Nihongo, which is a live action drama as well. One is based on the beloved anime/manga about a boy who can see microbes with his naked eyes, and one is about a cute girl who teaches Japanese to foreigners.

There’s no Japanese lesson this week, but it’s ok because one of the shows we reviewed is almost like its own Japanese lesson! It’s educationtastic!

Anyway, send your vehement angry letters to us about how the loli-goth should have been played by a male character and how I’m completely wrong about everything! We like emails !

Hallo and good morrow to you, my friends! This exciting Tuesday (well, it is by the time you’re probably joining us) brings us a review of Occult Academy. It stars one high school girl-turned-principal and a time traveler with a ridiculous name, and as of this posting it’s only up to episode 7 of 13, so there’s plenty left in the season to bump our ratings up just a smidge. We’re not dead!!!

Since I, the Girl Nerd, was on vacation for a whole week (it was lovely and thank you for asking!), the boys recorded a show without me! Unfortunately, they did not post the show when it was originally supposed to air! So instead, here it is instead on a Sunday evening, several days late!

This time, they’ve reviewed Sengoku Basara Ni and Tono to Issho, both dealing with the Sengoku period, which I think is the Gay Nerd’s current obsession.
